Service Description
Tarjuman Translate provides professional document translation from any language into Arabic for use in universities, embassies, and government bodies worldwide.
We do not provide legal advice, notarization, or apostille services.

Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.
Payment Terms
The price is fixed before payment and depends on the number of pages and the chosen plan. If the document has more than 3 pages or multiple documents are uploaded — the system calculates the total automatically.
Refund Policy
Full refund — if we failed to complete the translation, the document did not pass quality review, or the translation was rejected by the institution due to our error.
Partial refund — the VIP surcharge is returned if the order was not completed within the agreed timeframe.
No refund — after downloading the completed translation, refunds are not issued except in proven cases of translation error.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@tarjumanai.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice in the event of:
